Interesting problem: We have a 4 node NW6.5/SP7, NCS cluster. Whatever node happens to be hosting a certain volume (the one with all the home directories) will max out services processes for 10 or 15 minutes and then they will drop back to a "normal" number. Node will do this a few times a day. There does not appear to be any performance impact on the server when this occurs. The problem always follows the volume. If we fail it over to a different node, that node will start having the service processes issue. I tried bumping the max from 750 to 1500 and it will max out 1500. Any ideas on what to look for? Thanks!
