I am trying to get filters in place to open an IIS web server on port
443. The server is NATed and the SSL site comes up on the private IP,
however, it does not come up on the public side, giving a 502 Gateway
timeout error.

I have applied filters per TID 10025154. I did this twice just to make
sure that I didn't fat-finger it the first time. That still didn't work.
I then applied the stateful filter per Craig's book. Still no go.

I have added the static IP to the NAT table and the secondary IP os
added. The public IP is definitely alive and pingable.

Any suggestions?
