Hmm, strange.

Logged into customer center, when to SR system and see this:

Our records show that you have not created any service requests. You may view
your company's service requests by clicking the 'All SRs' tab. You may also
submit a new request by clicking the '+' button at the bottom of the table or
the 'Submit New SR' link in the navigation on the left.

That's strange, given that I have over 20 of them actively open as of yesterday.

Wonder if they're "enhancing" the system again.
