User was just upgraded to 8.0.1 client yesterday

Today (early this morning) she sent three diff. emails to three diff. people. All of us got the emails.

But NONE of the emails show up in her Sent Items. Her Tools -> Options -> Send looks "normal". Ironically if we replied to that email and then she replied, the reply email shows up in her sent items.

I see this in the POA log for the email that she sent originally:

06:52:50 054 Processing update: Execution Record (jsmith)
06:52:50 054 Purge Execution Record (jsmith)

I don't know if that's normal or not, but I'm at a loss to explain why the emails aren't anywhere to be found, but yet we all got them.
