I'm looking for a general starting point of understanding how to integrate Windows 7 group policies into our Zenworks 10.2.2 environment. Currently everything is running on eDirectory off a Netware 6.5 server with WinXP SP3 workstations.

We are planning on moving to Windows 7, but as far as I understand the group policies are nothing like the old ways of just creating a Local Group Policy with gpedit.

I believe we would need to setup an AD domain (lets say on a Win2008 server) where we would create the policies, then from within the Zenworks ZCM we would import these policies.

So basically we create policies on the Windows 2008 Server and Zenworks would house/push the policies?
