Dear forum,

yesterday we discovered that a lot of our PCs are reporting multiple display devices in our inventory. But there is not a single PC that actually has more than one display attached. Having a closer look to this we discovered that there is a single LCD reported to be present at more than 200 machines. It's the LCD that had been connected when the workstations got prepared. So the inventory run seems to add attached display devices but never removes detached ones. Maybe this behavior also occurs with other hardware devices that got added / removed.

Is there a way to automatically remove detached devices from the Inventory?

Is it possible to completly remove everything from the inventory (reset it), so that we can have a fresh inventory scan and the inventory reflects the current state accurate?
