I must say it is terrible.

I've used a lot of other companies support sites and Novell's is the worst in terms of reliability.

Constantly down, "cannot connect to origin web server", or when it comes up you get "no srs"

Today the joy is it gives me a blank page.

I was able to finally get in, so I spend all the time putting an SR into it (going into good details) click submit and "oh, application didn't respond do you want to refresh) and now I get a blank page again.

2nd to worst site would be Touchpaper (in case anyone's counting) although now that LanDesk/Accenture owns them it's gotten more stable.
