I have support complaints. One of my incidents has been open for over a month, it has also been closed without resolution in spite of repeated contacts with the support tech. SR 10580557141

The other incident was not concluded to my satisfaction and in my opinion was closed prematurely. SR 10583214201

I have annotated the incidents yesterday, however I have not received any response.

Novell incidents cost quite a bit and this has never been a problem in the past.
