For those of you that do have some sort of "new account email" that is pre-populated in the users email account, how do you go about doing this?

I don't necessarily mean technically, more logistically.

I mean, do you use a third-party app to do this (and if so, which one do you use)?

Or do you have someone manually email the information out?

What I'm talking about is like, new user logs into their pc and opens groupwise for the first time and there's a pretty nice new email (or emails) for them that explain things like how to do stuff and things.
