We'e begun a proces of splitting our mailboxes up in a number of post offices. In particular, mailboxes for automated/generic accounts are typically in a separate post office. I've got an employee who used to be subscribed to get notifications when mail was received in one of those other accounts. Now, GroupWise tells us that she can't subscribe to notifications for accounts in a post office other than her own.

Does anyone have a workaround or an alternative? She works the account via proxy, and rather than having to check it several times per day, she really liked the way Notify used to let her know when there was something to go look at.

Setting up a rule on that generic account to send her a separate message whenever anything comes in seems like it will just generate extra traffic.
