We assign admin contacts to app bundles for the benefit of everybody within (especially the users) ZCM but recently realized that when the basic information changes then ZCM never updates at all. For example, if your user in the external source is assigned as an admin contact to a bundle and your email or phone number changes, then the only way to get that updated info into the ZCM system is to have you removed as an admin contact and re-added.

We opened an SR and were rather annoyed to find that this was working by design. We were told that we were welcome to submit an enhancement request which we did. I am simply asking that other ZCM admins consider this lack of functionality and if you agree it should be included please also submit an enhancement request to try and drive this point home to the dev team. This is how we get things improved.
