The attached file was received by the agent from GroupWise as an outgoing message, but the agent could not process the message.

I seem to get these errors a few times a week. The error says its for and outgoing message, but the header shows it as an incoming message. The problem emails always seems to be from a First Class server. I have attached a small part of the header below.
