Hello All,

One of our salesmen contacted me to let me know he received an error message when opening GroupWise in remote mode. It advised him that there was an error in his mailbox and it needed to be rebuilt.

My question is, do you know if he can do this offline? He is currently traveling in Jordan and I am not sure what type of Internet connection he has at his hotel. I would just like to let him know if he does need to be online when I give him the OK to rebuild if that is the case.
