I'm wondering if anyone knows of anyone software that allows you to embed some sort of Electronic "Read & Sign" or "Read & Agree" or "Read & Understand" system into an e-mail? What we'd like to be able to do is send out an e-mail across the entire company that users open, then click a button that says "I have read and understand" the contents, and then keeps track of that information so that someone (HR, Quality folks, etc.) can figure out who has completed it and who has not, and, more importantly, be able to prove that to an auditor. I realize that this could possibly be done with a Task using the Completed check box, but I'd like something a little more user-friendly - both to people having to Read and Sign and to the people having to track compliance. Is anyone aware of any software, or a better way within GroupWise, to accomplish this?
