Tried using the TID 10061333 and the rest that go with it, but so far, no luck in denying access.

What could we have placed in the exceptions that may be letting users still gain access to IM'ing?

We want to block all users from using any IM in the office (too many on company time).
using BM 3.8, netware 6.5 etc... latest SP's.

Not using access rules.
