We're seeing an increase of spam that are to/from an employee. These are being marked as spam, including the x-spam flag, but still end up in the user's mailbox. From what I can tell, the internal email addresses are "trusted" by GroupWise. They are in the frequent contacts too, which I believe is at the root of the problem. Junk Mail handling is set to trust known addresses.

Is there a way to either:

A. Fix GW to handle these spam emails properly.

B. Globally remove internal users from the frequent contacts.
