We just changed isp's and had to change the public address on our
bordermanager server. After doing so I managed to change the order the
cards were binding. I adjusted the netinfo.cfg file to correct the issue
and deleted the netinfo.chk file to get rid of the inetconfig error I was
getting. Now the server won't stay in time sync. Seems that I have a
corrupt network config file. In researh I found this tid #10014469
tcpip.cfg is corrupt. If I follow these steps will I have to recreate all
of my tcpip packet forwarding filters?
