Have a user in charge of a resource, who wants to have a rule that will forward/delegate/send email to their personal account when any email notifications of declined appointments come in to the resource. Seems simple enough but the rule simply will not act on emails that come in as part of the email notification when somebody declines an appointment. There must be something special about this type of email. Even a rule that forwards everything will not forward the declination email that comes into the resource.

I assume this is working as designed, but would like a work-around. Anybody have a suggestion?
