If we drag and drop (by 1st setting the default to .eml in the Groupwise client). This remove the e-mail and attachment from Groupwise altogether. Then double click on it and open in Groupwise 5-10% of the time we get a D107 record not found error.

If we use Outlook Express on the same message generating the error we don't get this error and see the attachment and e-mail message is intact.

How do I fix this? We want Groupwise 8.0.1 client to be the client of choice to view these files that have been moved out.
