We have setup IMAP on one of our GWIA to support mobile phones in our district for mail access. I have one user who recently got one of the new droids. I set her up with imap on it and it was working fine. Recently she reported to me that she could not get email on it. You go to the phone and it shows the folders, but nothing is there in the inbox or her cabinets folders. I ruled out the phone by adding a test account, from the same post office as the user, onto the phone and I can get email fine to it. I have run all the normal maintenance on her account, but nothing has fixed the issue. This is on a GroupWise 8 system. Any ideas?
