Well, as much as I understand from these forum's, then;
1. Zenworks itself isn't a "biggie" since when the product is
activated, it's working.

So, updated and increased no# of users in a new license/order from
Novell doesn't matter...??

2. PatchManagement;
Found the tid that states;
- using existing code or;
- generate new code.

Generate new code sounds like a bad idead according to the tid as one
would have to re-install everything....

So,WERE to find the "existing code" ?
It's not in Zen adminpage...( at least I can't find it)
It's not in the customer's "customercare portal" @novell

And,, this 2nd one, patchmanagent,, I'd really should update since
their previous license now have expired.
