Hi All,

I'm trying to compile a driver for a JMicron JMC250 NIC - and I'm a bit confused as to what I need to do...

I've read the following post:

Building and Adding New Device Drivers to ZENworks Imaging | Novell User Communities

It states that you should use a version of SLES that matches the linux kernel of your imaging environment.... my imaging enviroment claims to use the 2.6.27.29-0.1-default kernel, and SLES 10 seems to contain the 2.6.16.46-0.12 kernel... to further muddy things up, the zen docs tell you to download the source from the novell web site - and that's version 2.6.16.46-0.12

Where (if anywhere) is there a clean "how to" on this?

What do I need to do to get my driver compiled?

Thanks,
Matt
