I am watching my CPU on my ZCM server using pslist -s and it is currently 100% idle. Win2003. Sometimes it goes to 5%.

If I look at the ESX console, the guest is using 1.7Ghz of the hosts CPU, while it is 100% idle.

I can only guess that this is because of the overhead of using iSCSI disks. Does anyone else who runs ZCM in VMWare care to share their experience with guest versus host CPU usage, and how they have their disk connected? (iSCSI, HBA, local?)

I am wondering if perhaps this guest would be better running on local storage.
