Background Info:
We are setting Window 7 into audit mode (ctrl+Shift+F3 during install from DVD) before we sysprep with the following command:
C:\Windows\System32\sysprep\sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe /shutdown /unattend:C:\Windows\System32\sysprep\sysprep.xml

The system that we are working with is a Dell Optiplex 960. I have downloaded the Mass storage pre-install drivers (Intel Active Matrix) and added the appropriate options in my sysprep.xml file (amd64_Microsoft-Windows-PnpCustomizationsNonWinPE [offlineServiceing] , amd64_Microsoft-Windows-PnpCustomizationWinPE [windowsPE]).

We are using ZCM 10.2.2. The image being captured is a 64-bit install of Windows 7 Enterprise.

After sysprepping, the system shuts down. We then push the image up to the Zenworks server. After pushing the image up to the server we reboot and the system goes through post, then goes to a black screen with a blinking cursor in the upper left and then the cursor disappears and we are left with a black screen.

This issue does not occur if we just sysprep a system and let it reboot. It only occurs if we attempt to capture an image of the system after sysprep. We have also captured a pre-sysprep image and are able to bring it back down on the same hardware just fine.

Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.

Thank you,
