Got a win2k3 VM here w/ 3 GB RAM, and almost 6GB free disk space on C:

Trying to install an ArcGIS Server for Microsoft .NET Framework
software using the 383MB .msp file on this 'box'.

When trying to install that, I get an error 1718, File <filename> was
rejected by digital signature policy.

Then, when trying to install the MS hotfix (KB925336) that supposedly
fixes this issue, *that* fails w/ an error Failed to migrate dependent

Supposedly the fix is more contiguous memory, not sure what else I can
do w/ this box, it's got 3GB of memory, & win2k3 won't see more than
that, right?

Suggestions? Other than fdisk, going linux, reformat, etc, etc.
