Somewhere along the way, somebody at our org created two user accounts for a user. The first account was misspelled. So they deleted that account and created a replacement. There are no traces of the original account, except that it still exists in the Novell GroupWise Address Book. I've never seen this bore. Is there a way to clear this out? I've tried creating the account with the misspelled name again, both in gw and edirectory. I'm going to see if deleting it will force the address book to be cleared. Other than that, I'm not sure what my options are. Any ideas?
