I'm seeing a recent rash of situations where users are creating out-of-office rule (e.g., when item is "received", type "mail", View Name/= Internet, reply with text), then accidentally hitting "RUN" instead of "ENABLE ". When they do that, apparently GroupWise is taking every item that already exists in their Mailbox and sending the out-of-office reply to those senders!

Is this new with v8.x? If so is it a PO thing or a client thing? I've only recently seen this (been at this location for over 7 years) and a lot of these users swear they've hit the "run" before without this result...of course, with the "run" and "enable" buttons right next to each others I'm expecting a lot more...

We clear it up with user education and retraction of the sent items, but that of course creates a lot of headaches and stress. Is there some way ot avoid this (yes, besides not hitting the "run" button...;) )? Just wondering...
