I got my motorcycle out from winter storage last night and it started
right up, which I was pleased about. Took it for a short ride around
town and all was well, and I couldn't beleive the condition of the city
roads around my house. I hit a pot hole that you could lose a foot in.
Still, I was glad to have it out.

Anyway, I was cleaning up all the little oil drips after topping
everything off, and just couldn't get a few areas of the block clean.
It's cast aluminum, and in the past everything I've tried on it either
doesn't clean it, or leaves discoloration or pits in the metal. Any one
know of something I can use to clean a cast aluminum block that won't
screw it up?
