What would cause this type of activity in my MTA log?

OES2/SP2, GroupWise 8.0.1HP1, secondary domain. I've gone over user/file
system rights and rebuilt the domain database. Not 100% sure when it
started, but I have 2 boxes that do it, both secondary domains.
