We have setup our remote policy for authentication in the security settings as;
-Enable password authentication "checked"
-Persistent "checked"
-Set password (we have put a password)
-Abnormal termination "checked" with Lock device

Now what we have seen with some workstation when trying to remote control is that, when you click to the PC to remote control, the user is asked for a password, we give the user the password we have set and when the user enters the password, this time the admin is asked to enter the password and the admin also enters the same password then permission is asked, when granted, the admin gains control of the pc. We have seen this on a number of workstations but not all. Is there a configuration wrong somewhere ? zcm10 sp3, but some clients are still sp2
