We recently upgraded our boarder manager installations across the
enterprise
and now are experiencing random failures on the servers where boardermanager is housed. To resolve this issue we need to unload boarder
manager
and reload. The problem is resolved until such time that it decides
fail.

We have nothing that we can point to that predicates this failure,
however
we are certian that the problem exists when we see the following
message on
the console screen repeatedly:

8-12-2003 1:00:25 pm: PROXY-3.71-83
ICP Parent(s) - not reachable.

I did a search in the knowledge base for this and did not find any
reference
to the issue, cause or resolution. Any input would be appreciated.
