We had a client send an e-mail of 7.7 MB in size. We have a 10 MB limit. It looks like the POA sent a message that "message file exceeds limit". This only occurs when she has a large distribution list (internal and external client distribution).

If we send the same e-mail to an individual it is received without a problem.

Any ideas what causes this problem? We just set limits to 10 MB a couple weeks ago. This is the first real issue that has cropped up.
