Currently I have a dhcp server on a nw box that issues addresses to clients. The addresses are public addresses. These are statically assigned, with a few with short leases.

I am in the process of setting wireless access an need to have more addresses for both authenticatable users and guests.

Is it possible or even a good idea to set up a private ip pool for the wireless clients that would be hosted on a OES 2 lnx srvr? It seems that if one pool is used for static assignment and the other for short lease wireless access that it wouldn't be a problem having the two ip pools, each hosted on a different srvr, be a problem. This network has a router as a gateway and it is already configured to allow both ip pools.
