We had an issue with Login after updating the ZCM Agent to Version 10.3 on Windows XP SP3. On ZCM 10.2.2 everything worked fine.

After the installation of the Agent 10.3 (either update or fresh install) the Login got stuck on the Novell Login screen after applying the Password. Nothing happened for at least 1 hour.

Login with "Workstation only" worked. ZCM Agent was logged in with the correct user. Thereafter Login to Novell via the N symbol worked.

Problem was solved with the help of Novell after opening a SR:

Our Novell Client was to old. We used Novell Client 4.91 SP3. After update to Client 4.91 SP5 everything is operational again.

The WinXP PCs are in Workgroup environment, DLU policy is active.
