I am trying to update a rule in a shared mailbox. I at first started logged into a GroupWise 7 client as a user that has full proxy rights to that box, then proxied to the account in question. That is something this user does frequently and worked fine. But once I tried to go to the tools menu, the client crashed. From another workstation, one with as GroupWise 8 client, I logged directly into the account I wanted to change. That works fine and all menus work, but when I try to access the Tools menu, again the client crashes. I have checked 2 other accounts and the tools menu is fine, it just seems that there is something screwed up about this one account. I did do a structural rebuild on it, but that did not seem to make any difference. Has anyone seen this before?
