I apologize if this is the wrong place......but I'll start here.

Groupwise 8.0 mail server at District Office on Netware 6.5 SP8, Netware 6.5 SP8 at each school, mailbox and poa at each school.

Trying to set up new copiers to scan images to email. I have it working fine at 3 schools. 4th school, the SMTP connection fails. I can ping the mail server from the copier but when I try to actually email a doc, I get the error "SMTP Connection Failed". Since it works at the other schools, I believe the settings are correct on the copier. LDAP works fine pulling email addresses. I never connect, so authentication is not the issue.

What possibilities might there be to prevent connection? Any settings I can check that may be server or mail box dependent that may have been missed for this particular school?
