we have some problems with some users working with a new installed ifolder client. They got that error message and we don't know what we can do.

The program ["C:\Program FIles\iFolder\simias\web\bin\Simias.exe" --port 3472 --ipcport 1067 --runasclient --datadir "C:\Documents and Settings\PollklF\Local Settings\Application Data\simias" --noexec --start] caused a problem and is going to close.
Would you like to save a dump file?
Can anybody say something about that error or can us help to fix that problem?
