For the past few days, it may have been longer, I have not been getting outside emails. We are running GW 8.01. My client is 8.01 as well. I can see the email go into the GWIA and it says Queuing to MTA. I then go into the POA log and I can see it distribute to my username but I never get the email. I'm kind of stuck at that point. Where else can I look to see why I am not getting the email? There is no Problem or undeliverable counts in the POA screen. Groupwise is running on 6.5 sp8.
