Hi.

Clients fail to connect to a clustered volume.

Load script:

-------------------------------------------------------------
#!/bin/bash
.. /opt/novell/ncs/lib/ncsfuncs
exit_on_error nss /poolact=POOLFOR_H
exit_on_error add_secondary_ipaddress 10.27.1.51
exit_on_error ncpcon bind --ncpservername=NW06GOE --ipaddress=10.27.1.51
exit_on_error ncpcon mount NW06DATA1=254
exit_on_error ncpcon mount USERHOMEVOL=253
ignore_error /media/nss/NW06DATA1/Tivoli/TSM/client/ba/bin/dsmc start
exit 0
-------------------------------------------------------------

in ConsoleOne I can see, that the server Object NW06goe has a duplicate,
faulty IP address:

Server Object
- Properties
- General:
Network Address: UDP: 10.27.1.51; TCP: 10.27.1.51; TCP: 10.27.1.20

I need to kick that final one, TCP: 10.27.1.20, but I honestly have no clue how to
do so.

I tried to use one of my remaining NW6.5.8 servers, DSREPAIR, ..., repair selected
server's network address: It gives me this result for that server:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Found a Network Address Property on the server object and through SLP:
Address Type = TCP, data[6] = 10.27.1.51:524
Found a Network Address Property on the server object and through SLP:
Address Type = TCP, data[6] = 10.27.1.20:524

*** END ***
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Who pls could point out howto get rid of that faulty tcp:IP?

TIA, Rudi.
