I searched bing and google and tried different phrases, but could not find
any guidelines on folder/ directory structure for files.
My boss is looking for a document that suggests that HR stuff goes down
this branch, Service stuff over here, stuff about customers here, etc. I
vaguely remember that some kind of standard had been made along those lines
to organize the folders you put data into based on a kind of data
Kinda similar to how you structure an AD or Edir, but for files. HE is
doing a big tidy up his files on his drive and was looking for a guideline.
Anyone have something, some pointers to an ISO? Google kept pushing ISO
9660, LOL. I don't care about CDRom
