We use MOVEit Central to automate regular file transfers and it has a facility to send email notifications based on the actions it took. I have it configured to send mail to the GroupWise SMTP interface. I've also coded the email messages in HTML so that they're presented in the GroupWise client as something more than plain text. That worked well with GroupWise 7 but since we've upgraded to GW8.01 I see the HTML source code in the message rather than the rendered page. Below is a sample of the code I've entered in the MOVEit messages:
<META http‑equiv=3DContent‑Type content=3D"text/html; charset=3Dutf‑8">
<META content=3D"MSHTML 6.00.2900.5803" name=3DGENERATOR></HEAD>
<BODY style=3D"MARGIN: 4px 4px 1px; FONT: 10pt Tahoma">
.... HTML Formatted message here .....
GW7 delivered it formatted. GW8 delivers it just as you see in the code section above. Is there a way to replicate the GW7 behavior in GW8?
