We have been using teaming internally for a few months and now we want to open it up to some external users (not part of our company). Unfortunately, the teaming default when a user's workspace is created is to grant the allUsers group read access. Because we will be allowing external users into our system we don't want all of our folders exposed, but we do want user profiles exposed. I don't see an easy way to do this other than to go to all folders within each user's workspace, disable access inheritience, and remove the allUsers access. Unfortunately, I found that if I remove allUsers at the User workspace level and let the folders inherit from that, the profile will not be available. Has anyone run into a similar situation and found some solution?
