We have one location where some of our Groupwise 8 and 8.1 clients do not allow users to add a signature. The existing signatures they had before this started happening shows up as symbols and text mixed. On some computers we have no problems. Uninstall, cleanup and reinstall still doesn't work consistently. Using HTML enhanced in the reply to format tab helps on some. Also, some some users can add signatures and they work fine in that building then when they leave and go to another building their original signature that they created before any problems happened shows up. Does anyone know how to fix this OR does anyone know where Groupwise signatures are stored?
