Hello not sure that this is the correct forum, but I have a question about NTP time drift on an OES2 server running on an ESX 4.0 (I am assuming this is an 4.0 server) server. I tried to use TID 3858673 and I was wondering how others have handled this issue? The server already has the clock=pit command in the /boot/grub/menu.lst file. I did have to reset the /etc/ntp.conf to set the clock setting to server us.pool.ntp.org prefer any other ideas I can look at to help with time drift? The OES2 server ends up being about 5 hours behind, for example this morning when I checked it was really 9:35 PM EST, but the OES2 server reported that it was 4:35. Thank you
