I have one user that when he accesses web access he cannot see any of his mail. Just the webaccess header tabs. If he clicks on calendar or contacts then it is all fine, but as soon as he clicks on the mail tab, there is nothing below except white screen??

I have done the regular gwchecks on the user, and if he uses the windows client then all is fine. I am very loathed to do a structural rebuild as he has many folders and I would hate to mess these all up.

Any ideas? All other users are fine with webaccess so must be something on his particular database.
