I see a lot of 404 Errors coming from Bordermanager systems. The User
agent identifies itself as "BorderManager 3.0". If I sniff the network
traffic, what I see are URLs containing part of the html following the
original link, being sent to the web server.

e.g. If I have the page contained something like the following:

<a href="someurl/directory">Go here</a>

I often see 404 errors for a request that matched:

GET someurl/directory">
GET someurl/directory">0x0D0x0A</td></tr>

All the web pages have been checked and there are no errors on the site.

This problem only occurs for users of BorderManager 3.0

Is this a known problem?
