I need to mount a nss volume that is hosted by another oes2 Lnx srvr. The steps that I think I need to complete are:

1. create a mount point.
2. mount the nss volume/
Is there more to it than that?

Also, I am thinking that I need to use a mount command of:

mount -t nssvol nameofvol mount_point -o name=nameofvol,ns=long

Is that right?

Can I use a path using the ipaddress of the server instead of just the nameofvol?

mount -t nssvol //ipaddress/nameofvol mount_point -o name=nameofvol,ns=long

I tried it and it didn't work, so what am I missing, plenty I am sure....any help appreciated.
