BorderManager 3.8sp1 on NW6.5sp1.1
Whenever our webmaster updates our public website, outside our
firewall, we can see the changes immediately with our windows PC's by
just hitting the refresh button. But we have two Macs (OSX 10.3) that
use IE and Safari browsers. When the pages change, the Mac user still
gets the old page, even though she hits refresh over and over. She
clears her cache and the old page still shows up. It takes about 24
hours before she can see the new page.

I have set BorderManager not to cache our public website. If I unload
proxy and the load proxy -cc, she can see the new page. Has anyone
seen this before? It only happens with the Macintosh computers.
