Hi all,

I tried to upgrade an OES 2 SP1 installation to SP2 this morning and have run into a snag. I forgot to ensure that the installation sources were available before installing the move-to-oes2-sp2 patch, and now my system is in a half-upgraded state. It looks like it added the OES 2 SP2 channels, but none of the SLES10 SP3 channels.

Here's a glimpse of what I'm referring to:

As you can see, SLES-Linux-Enterprise-Server-SP3-migration is not in an installed state, which to me seems like the problem. Is there a way to rollback the move-to-oes2-sp2 patch and run it again, or is there anything I can do to get the upgrade back on track? I'm tempted to run the move-to-sles10-sp3 patch, but from what I've read that produces undesirable results with OES2.

I read that removing the OES2 SP2 channels and running sles_register will reset the server back to OES2 SP1 / SLES10 SP2, but after trying that the OES2 SP2 channels are still present (and no SP1 channels).

I'm stumped and about ready to open a SR, but figured I'd try here first. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
