There are some dominant and essential apps not available on Linux, which
force businesses to stick with Windows.

OpenOffice and Firefox satisfy the need for MS Office and IE, but I see
other apps that have no Linux equivalent yet, and are holding users back
from adopting a Linux desktop.

I'll name three - QuickBooks, Intuit tax software, and MSSQL compatibility.

Are there other essential apps your company is running for which there is no
Linux equivalent or support?
